New Patients: Establishing yourself as a patient opens the door to receiving treatments and herbal medicines. During your initial consultation you’ll get self-care and lifestyle guidance. You may schedule an acupuncture session at a later date. This initial consultation is offered online or in person.
Covid 19:Please review my Covid-19 Policy. Masking is optional.
Payments : Please review my Contribution Policy. If the contribution amount causes financial hardship, please let me know so we can have a conversation before your visit. For in-person services, I accept cash or check only. Contributions for online services can be made through PayPal or mailing a check. All classes are by donation.

Welcome. I'm so glad you found your way here! I trust you'll discover just how much wisdom and potential you hold in your miraculous body, and what you can do to build and sustain good health. My practice of this comprehensive healthcare includes acupuncture/bodywork and Chinese herbal medicines, lifestyle medicines for self care, mindfulness meditation and movement. If you are interested in having access to acupuncture or herbal medicines, you'll want to book a new patient / initial consultation to establish yourself as a patient. To support you on your path to feeling good, knowing that every step you take influences your experience, you receive an incentive discount for regular visits. If you are dropping in for a seasonal tune up or just want to attend to an acute issue, you may book as needed. I very much look forward to walking this path with you!

Listening Sessions and Coaching for Mental-Emotional Health
Ever wonder where you can find the very best guidance when facing emotional distress or a quandary? Welcome to a listening and coaching session based on Clean Language! Here, through a process of open inquiry and reflective listening you connect with your inner wisdom and resources, discover what you need or want, and how best to realize it. This is excellent session for mental-emotional well-being... and when you feel good in your mind and emotions, you know how much better you feel in your body!
Intuitive Touch and Energy Session
Deeply relaxing and revelatory, energy sessions can be in-person or remote. Being fully present to you, I let your energy guide my ethical, safe and nurturing neutral touch. Noticing where your attention goes, as well as images, thoughts or emotions that arise, you can discover hidden gems to guide your way to better health. Sessions can be powerful therapy for physical, mental or emotional concerns.
Movement and Mindfulness as Medicine-Private Session
Want to feel better in mind and body, or more at home in your own skin? Maybe you are new to movement and mindfulness, or perhaps you already know how powerful a medicine mindfulness and movement can be. Dao Yin and yoga are therapeutic mindful movement practices that help you learn more about your body-mind and tap into its wisdom. Not only will you cultivate a clearer connection to yourself, you may also feel more inspired, motivated, and at ease. These practices are proven to relieve pain and shift how we relate to stress. Best of all, they can be part of regular self care.
Mentoring for Students or Practitioners
If you are looking to deepen your understanding and experience of Chinese medicine, mentoring is an ideal opportunity to develop your skills. Tap into my 30 years of clinical experience, graduate level education administration and teaching, research, study and writing. You can also use this precious time for your own self-cultivation by delving into the classics, dao yin practice, Clean conversation, or philosophic musings.
